Determine benefit
Together, we analyze the skills and goals that our clients need to build and achieve. From this we develop a strategy with the necessary measures.
Identify organizational capabilities
Based on the benefit picture developed, we identify and concretize the required organizational capabilities. For each relevant capability, we identify which elements - i.e. competencies, organizational structures, processes, and tools - must be in place.
Create roadmap
Based on a gap analysis, we define measures that adapt or build up the relevant organizational capabilities. We transfer the measures into an implementation plan, at the end of which the desired target state of the organization is achieved.
Anchor implementation
With the help of suitable target systems (e.g. OKR methodology), we ensure sustainable implementation in the organization. Customized change management supports the anchoring in the line organization.
