Many companies say they are different. For us at Schchara, we are driven by the desire to be truly unique in our sector, rather than simply saying that we are. As we kick off a new financial year, I wanted to take a moment to explain how we do this and the positive impacts we strive to achieve each day for the people we work with around the globe.
Our vision is to empower people to build a better world of work for all. What does this mean though? Simply, we want to be a positive force for good, equipping people with opportunities and tools to thrive in an evolving world of work. This is driven by compassion, innovation, and sustainability.
For me, it is about empowering our clients to be industry leaders in creating inclusive, ethical, and human teams. It’s about much more than recruitment. It could be equaling the playing field when it comes to diversity and tech teams, transforming a culture and building engagement, or helping secure roles for young people with challenging barriers to employment. Working in the tech and digital hiring market, we help businesses globally take tangible, positive steps to build a better world of work. It is what we endeavor to do each day. Every member of our team has the power to influence the way a business operates. This is not a power we take lightly and is something we see as a tremendous opportunity to make a difference.
