Our Trainee Programs
Are you looking for the ideal career start after your studies or for a chance to change careers? Then our individual trainee program is just the right thing for you! True to the principle of “learning by doing”, you will be assigned as a permanent team member on various project teams in order to give you a comprehensive insight into the work of a Consultant over a period of 12 months. Since we also place great importance on the individual development of our employees, up to 20% of your working time as a trainee is reserved for your individual further training. Sound good to you?
